You accept or decline
Respond fast. Creators who reply within 2 hours have 40% higher repeat booking rates. The client is waiting. Don't make them wait long.
CONFIRMED
You accepted. Send a welcome message immediately — introduce yourself, confirm the logistics, ask if they have any questions. This sets the tone for the entire experience.
ACTIVE
Session day. Status updates automatically. You're now representing Velvet Africa — show up on time.
Complete
Mark the booking COMPLETED through the app the moment the session ends. This triggers payment release. Don't wait.
Review window
Client has 72 hours to leave a review. You can also rate the client.
Never mark a booking complete before it finishes. Premature completion claims are flagged as fraud and can result in immediate suspension.
