Booking takes less than 3 minutes. Here's exactly what happens — so there are no surprises.
Choose a service
From the creator's profile, select the service that fits what you want. Read the description fully — duration, what's included, meeting point. Ask via message if anything is unclear before booking.
Pick your date and time
You'll see the creator's available slots. Choose one that works for you. If nothing fits, you can message the creator to discuss — but don't expect slots that aren't listed.
Review your total
Your checkout shows the service fee plus any applicable travel fee if the creator has one set. What you see is what you pay — no hidden charges after.
Pay securely
Pay via mobile money, card, or Velvet Credits. Your money goes into escrow immediately — not to the creator yet.
Confirmation
The creator has 24 hours to confirm. You'll get a notification when they do. If they don't confirm in time, your payment is automatically refunded in full.
Using Velvet Credits
If you have referral credits in your wallet, you can apply them at checkout to reduce what you pay. The Credits checkbox appears automatically if your balance is above zero.
Message the creator after confirming your booking. Tell them what you're hoping to get out of the experience. Creators prepare differently when they know specifics — and that preparation shows.
