Your tier isn't just a label — it's a business lever. Moving up a tier changes your fee structure, unlocks features, and increases your earning ceiling. Every tier is a paid plan (a signup fee plus a monthly fee shown in Settings → Subscription) — and at real booking volume the upgrade pays for itself within a few bookings.
Understand what each tier changes
Higher tiers unlock: lower platform fees on bookings, ghost mode, priority search placement, advanced analytics, increased content storage, and access to promoted creator placement. Review your current tier's limits in Settings → Subscription.
Calculate your break-even
If upgrading costs UGX 150,000/month and saves you 2% on each booking, you break even when your monthly booking volume exceeds UGX 7,500,000. Above that, the upgrade pays for itself.
Use the features you're paying for
A creator on Pro tier who isn't using ghost mode, analytics, or priority placement is paying for features they're not leveraging. Open Settings → Subscription and review what your tier includes — then use it.
The compounding logic
Each tier upgrade reduces fees on all future bookings. The more you book, the faster the upgrade pays for itself. Creators who upgrade at 20 bookings/month reach break-even in days, not months.
