An inaccurate availability calendar costs you bookings. Clients book the slot they see. If you're unavailable but haven't blocked that date, you either cancel last-minute (hurting your rating) or you scramble (hurting the session quality).

Creator dashboard → Availability. Mark which days and time blocks you're genuinely available each week.
Block in advance
Going away? Block it today, not the day before. Public holidays, personal events — block them as soon as you know.
Set your lead time
How much notice do you need before a session? Most creators need 24–48 hours minimum. Set it — don't rely on clients to ask.
Set realistic gap times
You cannot run three back-to-back sessions and deliver full energy for each. Build in recovery time between bookings.
Creators who keep their calendar current get 60% fewer cancellations. Cancellations hurt your rating even when they're unavoidable. Prevention is always better.
