Your rating is the only number clients see before they decide whether to trust you. It affects your search ranking, your booking rate, and your ability to charge more. Every session is a vote on your future earnings.

What clients actually rate you on

✓Punctuality — did you start on time?
✓Communication — were you clear, responsive, and reassuring?
✓Quality — did you deliver exactly what you promised?
✓Value — did it feel worth every shilling?
✓Overall experience — would they recommend you without being asked?

How to ask for a review

At the end of every session: "I'll mark us complete now — you'll get a short review prompt through the app. Honest feedback really helps me improve, and it helps other clients find good creators. I'd really appreciate it."

Never ask for '5 stars'. Ask for honest feedback. Clients respond better and still leave high ratings when the experience genuinely earned it.

Respond to every negative review — publicly and professionally — within 48 hours. Future clients read your response more than the complaint. How you handle criticism is louder than the criticism itself.
