Before Your Experience

The best experiences happen when both sides are prepared. A few minutes of communication before the session makes a bigger difference than most clients realise.

✓Expect a welcome message from the creator within a few hours of booking confirmation
✓Confirm the exact meeting point — don't assume. Ask for a landmark or Google Maps pin if the location isn't clear
✓Tell the creator anything that would change their preparation: dietary needs, mobility considerations, the purpose of the visit (anniversary, business meeting, personal treat)
✓Be on time. The creator has prepared for you specifically. Late arrivals cut into the experience you paid for.

If you haven't heard from the creator 24 hours before your session, send them a short message in the app. Good creators will have already reached out — but a nudge doesn't hurt.

If you need to cancel

Cancel through the app as early as possible. Your refund amount depends on the creator's cancellation policy, which is visible on their profile. The earlier you cancel, the more you get back — and the more the creator can fill that slot with another booking.
