Group bookings — where multiple clients attend a single session — let you earn more per hour of your time without a proportional increase in effort. A two-person tour earns you more than a solo one. A private dining experience for six earns you significantly more than the same dinner for one.
Create group service listings
Add a separate service for group bookings with a 'per person' or 'group rate up to N people' price clearly stated. The booking system supports group pricing.
Set your minimum and maximum group size
Know your operational limit. A group too small doesn't justify the extra logistics. A group too large loses the quality that makes you worth booking.
Price groups right
Group price per person is typically 60–70% of individual price. A group of 4 at 65% of individual price earns you 2.6× a solo booking for the same session time.
Prepare for group dynamics
Groups take longer to organise, have more varied preferences, and generate more logistics than solo bookings. Charge accordingly, and build buffer time into your schedule.
Bachelor/bachelorette experiences, birthday group events, and corporate team outings are the highest-converting group booking categories. Mention them explicitly in your service descriptions.
