8. Travel Companionship

Multi-day bookings — travel companionship, overnight stays, destination experiences — are the highest-value bookings on the platform. A single multi-day booking can equal a week of standard sessions.

   Create a travel companionship service

   Be explicit about what is included: city of origin, daily itinerary, overnight accommodation (your requirement, not theirs), per diem rate, and the total booking period. Clarity prevents disputes.

   Price per day, not per session

   A daily rate that accounts for your time, accommodation, meals, transport, and the premium of exclusivity. Most creators charge between UGX 500,000–2,000,000 per day for travel bookings.

   Require advance booking

   Multi-day bookings need 7–14 days lead time minimum. Set this in your service settings. Last-minute multi-day requests are almost always complicated — and not in a good way.

   All costs inside the booking

   Your accommodation, your flights, your per diem — all built into the booking price. Never request additional funds after the booking is confirmed. Everything the client pays is through the platform.
