Platform guidelines aren't bureaucracy. They exist because the things they prohibit have all caused real harm — to creators, clients, and the trust the platform runs on.

What is always prohibited

✓Off-platform payments or sessions
✓Sharing client personal information with anyone
✓Fake reviews or review manipulation of any kind
✓Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or any protected characteristic
✓Explicit, violent, or harmful content
✓Misrepresenting your services, qualifications, or identity

Consequences — in order

Warning
First minor violation. Formal notice sent to your account. This goes on your record.

Suspension
Repeated or more serious violations. Account paused. Existing bookings placed on hold pending review.

Permanent ban
Fraud, safety breach, illegal activity. No appeal. No exceptions.
