Your physical address, phone number, email, payment card details, and real name are never visible to anyone on the platform other than Velvet Africa's secure systems.

Secure Payments with No Exposed Records

All payments on Velvet Africa are processed through certified payment gateways (Flutterwave and PesaPal). Your card or mobile money details are handled entirely by these processors and are never stored on Velvet Africa's servers. When a creator receives payment notification, they see only that a booking has been confirmed — they do not receive any of your financial details.

Your transaction history is visible to you in your account, but is not accessible to creators, other users, or anyone outside the platform's administrative team.

No Public Booking Records

Bookings made on Velvet Africa are completely private. There is no public activity feed, no social component that broadcasts your bookings, and no way for another user to see what services you have booked or which creators you have interacted with. Your booking history lives only in your private account dashboard.

Discretion from Providers

All Velvet Africa creators are required to agree to a strict discretion policy as part of their terms of service. This means they cannot share information about clients — including names, contact details, or the fact that a booking took place — with anyone outside the platform. Creators who violate this policy face immediate account suspension.

Meeting in Private Locations

For clients who prefer maximum privacy, booking an in-home or hotel room companion or massage service is the most discreet option. The companion comes directly to your private space, eliminating any chance of being seen in a public venue. Many Velvet Africa clients in Kololo, Muyenga, and upscale hotel areas book exclusively through this arrangement.
